I tried to run today but tripped over a beer bottle someone threw at me.
I need some sort of push!
I like running about a mile and a half.
I am down a jeans size!
I need to eat more calories.
I think I may do a healthy cleanse.
I may be diabetic.
My ex boyfriend (today would have been 4 yr anniversary) is now super close to my ex girlfriend
Breakfast: banana, coffee
Lunch: small apple
Dinner: small veggie soup, small salad (spinich, cherry tomatoes, sun flower seeds)

Lunch: Nature valley bar, healthy bar, rice
Dinner: Coffee, chicken with hot sauce, cheese fries with hot sauce (only unhealthly thing today)
Exercise: went on a run. Didn’t have to stop at all on the way back…yay!!! baby steps… (((=
